At Mireyaa, we specialize in carefully curated floral arrangements created for gifting and decorative purposes. Due to the delicate and non-resellable nature of flowers, we follow a strict no return, no refund, and no cancellation policy.
Order Cancellation
Orders placed on Mireyaa cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed.
We request customers to carefully review product details, images, descriptions, and delivery information before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any floral products.
Flowers are fragile and highly sensitive to handling. Once delivered, they cannot be reused or resold.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any orders once they are placed and processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To raise a request, the following are mandatory:
- Clear photos of the outer packaging
- Clear photos of the product
- A continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened
All such cases will be reviewed individually. If approved, a resolution will be provided at Mireyaa’s discretion.
