At Mireyaa, we ensure careful handling and timely delivery of our floral arrangements and idols.

Delivery Location

Floral arrangements: Delivery services are currently available exclusively within Mumbai city limits. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside Mumbai will not be processed.

Idols: Idols can be delivered Pan India, subject to product availability and stock location.

Delivery Options

Same Day Delivery - floral arrangements

Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 4:00 PM (IST).
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot.

Same day delivery availability depends on location, product selection, and operational capacity within Mumbai.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is fulfilled within the estimated timeline displayed at checkout, based on the delivery address within Mumbai.

Fixed Time Delivery

Fixed time delivery allows you to select a preferred delivery time slot at checkout.
While we strive to meet the selected time window, slight delays may occur due to traffic or local conditions.

Idol Delivery


• Same-day delivery is not available for idols, as availability depends on stock being located within Mumbai or at other locations across India.

• Idols can be delivered Pan India.

• Delivery timelines for idols may vary depending on product availability, stock location,
destination, and courier logistics.

• The applicable delivery timeline and charges, where applicable, will be communicated at the time of order.

Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be:

  • Delivered to a nearby safe location

  • Handed over to building reception or security

  • Considered delivered if accepted by an authorized person at the address

Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.

Mireyaa is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Delivery Completion

Once an order is successfully delivered, it will be considered complete.
Due to the fragile and non-resellable nature of floral products, returns, cancellations, or refunds are not applicable after delivery.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic restrictions, or local disruptions. Such delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
